With over 20 years of experience working with youth, Portia Flowers is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities that empower young people to thrive. As Program Coordinator at The Residency, she aims to bring a relationship-centered approach to supporting artists, fostering leadership, and assisting in building programs that inspire growth and success.

Portia remains committed to supporting youth at every stage of their development helping build confidence, and inspire the next generation to make a positive impact in their communities.
